Ireland and Brexit

Just wondering if EU Commisioner Phil Hogan will be negotiating on Ireland's behalf re talks on Brexit.
He left behind the fiasco of Irish Water to take up his post as Commisioner.

What do you want people to say? Horrible things about Phil Hogan? You do know that Ireland isn't in brexit, I assume? The EU will negotiate with the UK, not Ireland.
