My DF and I are joint owners of a property which previously belonged to DGP. We are at the final stage of the sale and now DF had been told her must supply the copy of his divorce cert from approx 30 years ago. That's it! He's calling the whole thing off. The village don't know, it's none of their business etc ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Can anyone please explain to me in simple terms why it is necessary?
