Tesco ''customer service''

Please explain to me Tesco why your customer service desk shuts before 9 pm despite your store not closing til midnight.
Are those people who shop after 8.55 pm not customers???

holly I don't work for tesco but do work for a supermarket. Its more than likely to do with work contracts and nightshift working. If you have a query you can ask for a member of management who would be able to assist you.

Actually Tesco customer service is an oxymoron.

Tweet them, they answer pretty quickly. I'm sure management would be able to answer your question though?

I've always had really good customer service from tesco, a lot better than the likes of waitrose!

Tesco Ireland is I think, a whole different ball game.
