Far too often on Mumsnet we read about poor customer service.
A nice change here- the assistant in my local Golden Spiderweb shop gave me a discount today, above and beyond.
She'll never know just what it meant to me. I had had a really sh**ty day.
I have no connection whatsoever to the shop. I don't know who owns it.
But praise where it's due.
