Ds has really gotten into stargazing and I'm pretty fascinated (if totally clueless) too.
We've suddenly had plans change this Christmas so I thought it would be nice to surprise him with a trip to Scotland to see the Milky Way and the Northern Lights (although I know it might not happen with the clouds!).
Does anyone have any recommendations of places that you can really see the stars and that frequently has the northern light display?
I've been looking at log cabins this afternoon and am getting quite excited but need to find a suitable area first!
