Christmas in Ireland

We're looking to host Christmas in Ireland in the next couple of years for family who live there (we don't). We had looked at hosting everyone at Ballyfin for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day but I wondered if anyone could recommend a house rental service where we could get a chef in instead? There will be 12 of us. Looking for somewhere very special. Many thanks.

Friend had a wedding here and it was nice.

Ballyfin IS very special.
Amazing.
I'd love to know about the female owner. She is from Kerry originally and emigrated to US and she and her husband have restored Ballyfin.

Thank you Darwin, that looks lovely and I'll add it to the list.

Ballyfin is owned by Canadians I believe. Was meant to be a restoration for personal use but they didn't use it much so decided to make it into a hotel. The opera costumes are very fun to dress up in.
