Anyone got any recommendations?

I'm thinking about the David Lloyd although my previous experience with them as a company in London was pretty poor.

I want somewhere with a nice pool which can kids can use, weekend and evening classes and a reasonably sized gym.

Any other suggestions?

Riverview, the DL gym, is the best one if you have young dc I think. It is ridiculously expensive though so you need to use it a lot to justify it! We left when the Dc got older but it kept me sane through several wet summers when they were small.

Have you checked out any of the local council facilities? Most of them have gyms now, pool, classes etc and very good value.
