Cot mattresses

I wonder if anyone can help me?

I've been given a cot which fits a mattress measuring 117x54. Does anyone know where I could get a mattress this size? It seems that most cots are alot bigger than this one these days.
I'm in a real dither about it. Is this cot too small, should I buy new? What sort of mattress? Pocket sprung, foam? AAh! Please help me...
