Hi, I have purchased a second duvet protector after having one for 2years and despite purchasing from same company on amazpn and label saying same thing, it is very crinkly and noisy when in duvet cover. I have washed it but no improvement- looking for some tips as to how to do this, it's 100% polypyrene
