Toddler floor bed mattress

Hi all,

We're looking to move our son to a toddler floor bed after his 1st birthday. I'm looking for recommendations for a good mattress.
Standard single size 90x190. Our current cot mattress is from Little Green Sheep which we love, but I found the toddler version too thin at 13cm height.
