Bedding for toddler bed

I've just bought my daughter her first toddler bed that's 145cm x 75cm. The toddler duvet I'm looking at getting is 150cm x 120cm - toddler size. Here's where I'm lost, what size bedding do I get??

My daughter is obsessed with dogs and when I was looking at bedding earlier she got really excited over a 101 Dalmatians bedding set. I was going to get it but when I looked at the size it is 135cm x 100cm, it says it's toddler size. Is the duvet meant to be bigger than the cover? This just seems a big difference in size but I can't find another dalmatians bedding set other than a single, double etc.

Please help my tired and confused brain out here lol 😵 xx

I'd get a smaller duvet!

The cover should be the same size as the duvet (or slightly bigger). Dunelm usually have quite a few toddler duvet covers, and animals are pretty popular, although I don't know about 101 Dalmatians specifically. Would something like this work: www.dunelm.com/product/dogs-duvet-cover-pillowcase-set-1000230648?beddingSize=Cot+Bed%2FToddler?
