Hi, so 2nd time from FB i have been done over with a bed from 2 different places !
They false advertise . I chose a bed & requested identical & got completely different !
Same colour , similar style , but it was late , was tired not well , in pain & as i saw some bits , i thought was my bed & guy was rushing too.
Only when took it upstairs i noticed something was not right.
So i asked a white button detail wing headboard & also pouffe matching fully buttoned. I noticed pouffe 1st thst it was ottoman & only top buttoned & no wing bed & low bed .
They reassured i would have by wkend & all day passed, so i msg . I git a reply saying nxt day , so day after & still nothing (the bed is obstructing my small home & hallway & doorway. It is heavy too. It looks nice , but nice is not good enough, i want the bed i ordered .
I know there is trading standards & i have to email co. 1st & if no response then Trading standards step in. But its the waiting & i have no bed to sleep on . I am disabled.
The last performance was a bed that the co. Sent complete wrong bed ! Again, it looked like one i ordered until opened parts & nothing like it , wrong material & when you are spending a few hundred pounds that i saved for months for a bed i wanted , it is absolutely so wrong & disrespectful (wrong words possibly) & the responses, even the arguments ! I had argument 1st time round . I ended giving bed to my daughter for guests & kids & saved & bought another & again i habe been fleeced !! Diabolical. I am actually quite furious now & will never trust Fb again !! Anyone else .
Beds are Knight kings (this one) & prior Bedz r us & beds are us used to be so good years ago!! I mean taking our hard earned/saved money is upsetting . I cannot afford to buy another 😭🤦♀️🤷♀️🤬😡😞
