Branded sheets vs unbranded sheets

Hi everyone!

Currently pregnant with my first and starting to think of everything that we need to buy.

We are getting a Snuzpod and some Snuzpod fitted sheets for this but we are also getting a Moses basket for downstairs and I’m unsure where to get the sheets from!

Do you think I should get branded fitted sheets like the Snuzpod or will non-branded fitted sheets be okay?

Also, do I need a mattress protector and fitted sheets for the pram?

Thank you in advance for any advice!

Hi! Congratulations on your pregnancy 💐

I went with Snuz branded sheets but they weren’t as snug fitting as I expected. I’m sure off brand sheets of the same dimensions would be fine.

if you haven’t already bought the snuzpod, I’d recommend looking into a larger option. My 4 month old is starting to look cramped in her snuzpod so I’ve changed to a Chicco Next2Me. It gives her a bit more room to sprawl out, I was starting to worry what would happen if she rolled in the snuzpod as there was no room left!

My Moses basket (clair de lune) came with sheets supplied and I did not buy sheets for my pram.

You can use a pillow case on most Moses baskets.
