I'm wondering if anyone has ever used a bedside sleeper or something similar instead of a cot or co sleeping? What are your thoughts on it?

I'm looking at getting the one pictured below.

With the hope of using it from 6 months to about 2 years old.

Yes, they’re super common. We used the Chicco next to me sleeper, it was fab and folds up to go to grandparents etc

Is that just a bassinet or can they sleep in that as they get older? We will use a bassinet for the first six months. More so looking for something after that stage. Smile

I recommend getting a double mattress and put it on the floor of the room that will be their bedroom. Means you can cosleep when needed but they can be left when not (when they are out of your room obviously) works a dream for us.

I was originally looking at getting a floor bed. This is a great idea, thank you.
