Bunk bed recommendations please

My 5 year old needs a new bed. She really wants a bunk bed so her 3yo brother can sleep below her. I want to get something that's safe at her age to climb up and down from but will also grow with them till they're ready for separate rooms.
Ideally need one either super easy to set up or it can be done for us. Mid range budget.
Any good ones you have or have heard of?

What about a normal bed with a trundle guest bed stored beneath?

Thanks for the advice on safety @alexdgr8. I'm finding a lot of random suppliers of bunk beds online and there's also quite a few on marketplace sites, so trying to avoid those.

@RaspberryRippleTipple my son would probably be sleeping on the bottom for a few years so may not suit.

I would still like to find a bunk bed for her but a decent manufacturer.

Furniture123 currently have £50 off their beds, so would recommend taking a look, they have a lot of styles, and all good value. I bought mine from here.

I would take a look at Furniture 123, I bought the Luca and its such gold value and really cute. Avoid dodgy sites, its not worth the risk

We have an ikea Kura - it's a mid sleeper and our dd2 is on a mattress underneath (my DH build a bed frame for it about 6 inches off the ground just to keep
Air flow)

Good idea re John Lewis @alexdgr8. I notice they stock Stompa beds which I wasn't sure were good quality or not but they must be if on JL.

I do like the idea of a mid sleeper @Littlehouseinthebigcity and this ikea one is quite a clever idea. It's very reasonable at £179.

Yes my bed from Furniture123 is solid wood, and I asked them before I bought, everything is tested to British Standards and regulations.
Slats may vary from each model, but they have a super handy section on the product to ask questions so they will be able help with any concerns you may have.
DD15 has outgrown her single, so going to get her a double bed from here,

IKEA kura for sure. If you Google it there are lots of suggestions for making steps out of the ikea kids storage cupboards (maybe better than ladder for tinies)

My girls bunk bed was solid pine from one of those local pine shop places (not a chain) it finally was disposed of via selling on Facebook marketplace 16 years later when I relocated following divorce. It was separated into two beds about 8 years ago
