Clevamama Sleep Pod Safe to Reuse?

Hi everyone,
My friend has offered me her Clevamama Sleep Pod for my baby who is due in about 2 weeks. I would be using it through the night.
My question is, is this safe? I know you are not supposed to use someone else's mattress and I am wondering if the same logic applies here?

Sleep pods aren't suitable for unsupervised sleep as they have raised padded edges
