Hi there,

Expecting my first baby in around 4 weeks and just wanted some clarification as to whether baby can go in a SnuzPouch sleeping bag from newborn or if you should wait until they’re bigger? The 2 I’ve purchased are 0-6 month but a friend said I shouldn’t use for newborn, said to either swaddle or tuck blanket snugly from babies waist?

The baby will be sleeping in a MoKee Moses basket until ready for her cot.

Thanks in advance.

All sleeping bags have a minimum weight. It looks like it’s 8lb 8oz for the newborn snuzpouch so you can only use from birth if your baby is over this.

I used the tommee tippee grobags from birth. The minimum weight for them is 7lb.

Thanks for answering @Betsyboo87 in my haste to get things washed I no longer have the packaging which likely stated the weight details.

Unless baby is 8lb 8 it isn't recommended
