Online4baby - problem

Anyone purchased anything from Online4baby and believe their item is not fit for purchase ?
The Moses basket I have been using has holes and sawdust underneath to suggest bugs have eaten there way out. 😫

More than 30 day.. but less that 6 month. They won't provide a refund only a replacement basket, and I told them politely that I do not want another item like that in my house !
Not sure where I stand as I now want my house fumigated.
