Morning all. I can't believe there isn't a system in place for repurposing used cot mattresses as we must collectively get through so many of them but if there is, I can't find it. Mine has been used by just one baby, has a waterproof cover and is in very good condition.
It's easy enough to find specialist mattress recyclers (a quick google throws up a couple).
But before I go down the waste management route, does anyone know of a better use I could put it to?
And, before anyone suggests it, no, I have no pets in the house so it's not going to become a dog bed.
