Hi I was wondering if anyone has used the mini cot? We were looking at one for our room but can't get a full size cot in ours so looking for a compact one ?

I’ve ordered one, due for delivery in the next month so I’ll let you know what we think. The reviews are really good, and it needs to fit in our box room so I’m hoping it works for us.

My 18 month old is still in hers. We've been really happy with it. I went for the wood and white one and it looks good. I also ha w the change may that sits on top of the cot in grey and in the green as I use one for downstairs too as they are good and sturdy. Defo recommend as Greta value for the price.

Oh that's great news, yes please let me know how you get on x

We wanted a smaller compact cot to fit in our room but didn't want to bother with a crib/Moses basket as our others were only in them 3 months max

Yes I put my newborn straight into it inside a sleepyhead and it worked really well for us. Didn't bother with a Moses basket or anything. Good thing about doing that is it wasn't a big transition to the cot as she slept in there from the start!

We had a mokee cot for DD, looked really nice in her nursery and was good value for money.
Just given it to my sister for her DS when he outgrows his crib.
The changing mat that goes on top is brilliant too, the sides are nice and high so they can’t roll off!

Hi everyone, resurrecting this thread as we're looking at the Mokee cot too. How is everybody getting on with theirs? Do you recommend? TIA!

Do NOT order anything from Mokee. Their shipping time is 3 months plus and they often ship the order missing items. Plus customer service never responds. I wish I had read all the messages on Facebook before I ordered with them.

Buying from Mokee was the most stressful part of our entire pregnancy. They left our newborn with nowhere to sleep. Lies and a shocking attitude capped it all off. They keep saying they will change but check out all of the one star reviews on trustpilot (and the story the Guardian did on them). Absolutely disgraceful.

MrBobLoblaw · 23/03/2019 08:42

I agree @Pushandrun!
I NCd from GimbleInTheWabe and commented up thread.
Took them over 12 weeks to deliver our cot and 6mo DS had to sleep in a travel cot for over a month. The cot drawer has since broken. They robbed me off for ages and ages.

Pushandrun · 23/03/2019 09:13

Yes. @mrbobloblaw I want to make sure noone goes through what we did so am adding our story to every post on every site I can find. If people realised that for every 3 "Omg I looooove the colours. Our nursery has that scandi minimalism we needed" there is a baby without anywhere to sleep. There are some terrible stories on trustpilot about them. Somehow they have a rating of 4.95 /5 on Trusted shops. Not for long! ;-)

I bought a Mokee cot in Dusty Aqua for my baby and transitioned her from her moses basket when she was 4 months old without any issue - she is now 5 months old. Luckily, my experience with Mokee and their customer team couldn't have been more different. Their customer team kindly expedited my order when I explained that my baby was due soon and kept me informed throughout. I also found their customer team responsive and easy to deal with. The cot was good value for money and looks lovely!
