Hi all, we bought a mamas and papas travel cot second hand, it is one that has four legs at the corners and one leg in the middle. However where the middle leg is it creates a hard bump in the middle of the mattress, which looks like it will be very uncomfortable for baby to sleep in. Just wondering if this is normal for a travel cot and if so have you found babies can get comfortable? We are hoping to use this for daytime naps in the lounge when he outgrown his moses basket so it will be in regular use. If you add a mattress to go on top of the thin one that comes with it does that make a difference to feeling that bump?

No the middle, should, push right down. When you put it up click each bar lock on the top rails and push the middle bit down firmly. Or do,it other way round I can't remember. Also Google the instruction booklet.
