Cot mattress safety standards - help!

I have just bought a travel cot mattress from Amazon - good reviews and safety standards - it conforms with BS1877 part 10 1997 and BS 7177 1996. However, I have now seen that another mattress has a more up-to-date safety standard - BS1877-10:2011+A1:2012 and BS7177:2008+A1:2011 - and I'mm wondering whether that is for "breathable" foam. I can't seem to find out what I need to via the internet. The one I have bought is defo fire resistant so not worried about that but wonder whether the newer standards cover "breathable foam" or something like that? Can anyone enlighten me please and thank you!
