First bed for toddlers

I want to get a bed for my 2 year old son, he is such a fidget in in cot bed that im worried he'll fall out. So does anyone have any good recommendation on a first bed?

both mine went into a full sized single bed with a bed guard

We had one from Ikea that has now been discontinued but was similar to this
