hi , I hope I can get some help and assistance. I bought troll Riga nursery set. it is strong and sturdy but more than a year later the wardrobe smells really badly, my baby's clothes absolutely stink. the rest of the set is fine. I have to tell you I am in tears. I will have to replace the furniture and say goodbye to nearly £800.
I forgot to mention that the paint of the dresser came off day one. the supplier kindly sent a replacement part. it happened exactly the same. so very disappointed but most of all I need reassurance that my baby was not put at risk. can't explain the awful strong smell about the furniture. can you?

We are very sorry to hear about your issue. Firstly let us assure you to note that there will be no harm and baby is not at risk. All our products are made and tested to comply with all British and European standards including toxicity levels which are tested against EN71 standards. We are lost to explain the origin of this odour, but can assure you it doesn't accrue any hazard.

Really disappointed with my troll Nicole glider crib. Had to have an end replaced as it came apart after only a few short weeks. Same thing has happened again, this time on both ends. After contacting troll customer service I have had no response. Really unhappy customer.

I just bought a set of furniture from Troll Nursery, and quality is terrible - unpolished wood, strong smell, missing parts.
