Cots and beds

This topic is for discussing cots and beds. We've spent weeks researching and testing newborn beds in real homes with real families.

Bed rail/bed guard

Im looking for a travel/collapsible bed rail for a single bed for when we stay in a hospice in London. Their travel cots are too small for my 18month old so she will be staying on the single bed next to mine.

I've got to take it on the trains and tube so it can't be too heavy either, does anyone have any suggestions?

I've also got to create another thread about advice on how to get her to sleep on single bed next to mine as we (stupidly) play on our double bed at home. Doh!

We bought a foam (i don't even know the name for it) rail thingy? Anti roll thing... Anyway apart from being a bit long it is foldable/squish able and fine for our 2 year old... But if it's a high bed I would say go for those linden gate ones...

Do you have a swimming woggle? you can tuck it under the sheet to prevent her rolling out Smile Smile
