IS A COT BED THE SAME SIZE AS A TODDLER BED?

I'm thinking about buying my DD a cute little girly bed but don't want to have to buy a new mattress as well!

Will the same mattress fit a cot/cotbed and toddler bed?

Her cot is pine and clashes with her pastel green room :-/

Ours is the same, but we have an IKEA toddler bed too, which is bigger.

what make is the one that is the same/where is it from? sounds like i need to get the tape measure out :-/

this is my cot! its soooo pretty. just wish i had the skills to paint it white

Most toddler beds are slightly bigger and longer than cot beds. The normal cot bed size is 70x140.
