Hello,
I am going to buy DD a grow bag, but which tog do you think I should go for? 0.5, 1, 2.5 or 3.5? Our house is medium warm with heating usually kept around 17-18 degrees.

2.5 - then can put dc in vest, pyjamas or whatever so have enough layers to suit temperature. Also the 2.5 ones are thicker and more snuggly so my two always slept better in them than 1 tog.

Our house is a similar temp overnight and in the winter we used the 2.5 tog ones.

I use 2.5 normally. 1.0 only when it's really warm outside so hardly ever
