Duvet for a toddler

Where is the best place to buy a duvet for a cot bed? I had a look on the mothercare website but I wasn't really keen on any of them. Where did you buy yours from?

Inners from ASDA, covers from Dunelm.
Get 2 middles, they wash really well. A blessing when the whole house is D&V lurgified (like today!).

Or, if you have taken the sides off, get a normal single (4.5tog), and turn it sideways and tuck under the mattress on one side. The choice of covers is then massive. Will be giving DS2 the cot bed stuff when he refuses sleeping bags, and giving DS1 a single on his cot bed.
