Single mattress for a child

DD is just about to move from her toddler bed to a single. She is 6.5 and very tall for her age (123cm)

I have no idea where to buy her a decent mattress. Her bed arrived today and DH will put it together at the weekend.

DH doesn't want her to have a memory foam mattress, he has suggested a pocket sprung one.

Can anyone recommend one that is reasonably priced and decent quality?

Go to your local Mattressman store (or website). They were very helpful when I was buying new mattresses for me and my children. They have mattresses for every price range. You can have it delivered to the store or delivered for a small fee.
