Thinking of simple airbeds for occasional visits/visitors, but full sized ones so they last. Any recommendations? Similarly any recommendations for sleeping bags?

Ages 2 & 4.

Ready beds? You can get child sized ones which took my two to 10. Then adult single ones?

You could always try bed guards (the mesh, foldable, packable sort, like this), so the DC don't fall out of whatever they are sleeping in, be it air bed, normal bed or pool lilo! This can also be used every day on a normal bed (say, the 2yo's when s/he moves into a bed): to my mind, they are softer than the wooden guards.
