Replacement moses basket bedding?

We have been given a moses basket but I don't really like the "dressing" on it as it's very pinky and girly for our boy.
Can you get replacement hood covers and basket covers for them, because i can't find anything on the internet.

tbh I'd ditch the dressy bits anyway, stick with a new mattress and sheets etc. The frilly bits are all just for show.

I just bought a moses basket which is lovely, but it does not have a hood. I'm now worried I have made a mistake. Do they really need to have a hood? It somehow looks safer to have one? Any ideas if you can buy them separately and attach?

When my son and his partner had a baby last year, they asked if they could have the family Moses basket and I had a redraped by a local dressmaker. They chose the fabric themselves and it cost around £50 . I couldn't find anywhere that actually sold them readymade.
