Help adjusting Stokke Sleepi

Hello
I'm terrible at assembly and would love some help.
I have the Stokke Sleepi cot and had help putting it together.
But I need to adjust the height so it is lower.
Is there an easy way to do this with the allen key or do I need to take the whole cot apart?

Had one years ago and have since sold it, it was fab and yes had various heights. There must be instructions in your kit? Yes, it's all allen keys, perhaps Stokke website will help.........or phone them....I did.

Its really easy - you just undo the brackets that hold the cot bottom onto the frame, pull the screws out and put them through the lower holes
