Arm's Reach co-sleeper help needed

I have an Arm's Reach Mini and was planning to use it for dc3 in a few weeks, however we have just changed to a bed that's only about 20-21 inches high rather than the 24" it's meant to be.

Has anyone used the arms reach on a bed that's lower than 24 inches? Or if not, if you have one, would you use it with a slightly lower bed?

Don't know if any one has replied to you and if u still need advice but have you thought about raising the height of the new bed by 3"? You could do this with a mattress topper or bed blocks from places like the red cross shop. Hope u manage to sort something out.
