Toddler pillow?

Hi,
I'm looking for a new pillow for my 15 m.o. He's been sleeping on a pillow from birth (starting from Clevamama and then moving on to GoiGoi).

The one he has now (the GoiGoi) is just horrible, IMHO. It's gone very very lumpy, even though I've never washed it and always fluff it after each sleep. Ver disappointed, as it got good reviews .

Anyway, I'm looking for a good pillow to replace the GoiGoi - ideally, something natural (we sleep on goose down and it gets a bit flat, but at least it doesn't go lumpy). Because DS is in a cot (not cot bed), the length of the pillow is limited to the width of the cot - preferrably the pillow needs to be shorter than 60cm across.

I've seen some goose down pillows, but they're all huge and very 'fat' - too big for a one year old.

I've also heard of merino wool pillows - are these any good?!
I'd really appreciate advice/suggestions.
