Hello everyone,
Asking for a friend, she has paid around £17/18 and got a Totum + card. She was under the impression she can use it in Asda etc for her weekly groceries. Now it seems she has to pay more and sign up for a cashback card!
Could someone kindly clarify this, she is need of all the discounts.

I have not heard of this scheme before, but they have a comprehensive website with all the information about it available on it.

I presume she's meaning the "Totum Cashback" virtual pre-pay VISA card? It's a virtual payment card that you can load money onto, and then when you spend using that card you will get the cashback benefits from Totum. You don't need to pay any extra for it, you just need to load your own money onto it in order to use the card to pay for things.
