Creating a budget for shared childcare costs

Hi all - I am looking to create a rough budget to share with my future co-parent on how much it realistically costs to eed, clothe and generally raise a child in the first few years. Does anyone have such a thing?

Depends where you live and how much childcare you’d need.

In our bog-standard northern town nursery was well over £1000pm, including all the gov incentives.

Everything else, cots, bottles, babygros etc pales into insignificance.
