There is every reason for all THAMES WATER customers to be enraged with their 'criminal' behaviour and I feel frustrated that there are not enough MNs who feel the same!

Like I said its not great

but there is loads of this happening in multiple companies in the UK and thats awful one of the many parts of this country that is awful

I don’t understand why they are fining Thames Water, which I, as a customer will have to pay, I would prefer they fined the CEO personally rather than penalise me

I am in shock that they have been allowed to get away with this for so long and that so many customers just seem to be accepting it !!!
