moving city

Hey there, i am considering moving to any of these places Exeter, Salisbury and Portsmouth and i am considering which of them is less expensive to live and also have good living experience
I have looked at Bristol, London and Milton Keynes, all these are to expensive... any advice please

Would you consider a northern city?

Exeter and Salisbury are nice. Traffic can get bad around both at peak times though. Portsmouth is a lot cheaper but with good reason! Terrible high street. Gunwharf Quays shopping centre in Portsmouth is quite nice though. Personally I'd chose Exeter or Salisbury. You could consider Winchester but not sure if it's any cheaper than Bristol.
