Hi there I just wanted some advice. I'm currently studying as a mature student, and lone parent of a 6 year old.I split my student loan over the year as I struggled in the summer last year money wise as I'm self employed and had to cut work with being a student. Universal credit have split my loan over the months I'm at university, although its clear on my statements I'm getting less (as I split it and a work coach told me to do this) so I averagely get 850 a month student loan and uc have put it that I am receiving over1000. They take this as income which is fine, however i am now receiving no universal credit at all . My earnings are roughly 300 a month from work. Is this correct as I am really struggling, my house rent alone is 900. Thank you for any advice
