I need an app that tells me off when I want to spend money

Does such a thing exist? So when I get the urge to go on Amazon or vinted I can do something else like virtual shopping instead of actual shopping. I need the equivalent to a nicotine patch but for spending. Do I need to invent one?

I sometimes go window shopping on Etsy, pop the desired items into my basket and then under 'save for later.' I go back a day or so after that and more often than not delete all of them as they come under 'want not need.' It saves me a fortune!

I want one that plays 'hey big spender' with a voice over of 'you stupid woman' as done by Rene from Allo Allo attached to all shopping apps, even the supermarket.
