If you can stretch to a packet of tortillas you can make quesadillas with the.mushrooms, cheese, onions, sweetcorn and peppers.
Pasta bake with peas.
Stirfry with veggies if you have soy and ginger.

Tuna and sweet corn carbonara
Vegetable curry - pea and potato
Vegetable stew/soup - potato, carrot, parsnip, cabbage, onion
Roasted vegetables with bbq seasoning - could make this into a pasta sauce
Salad (grated red cabbage, carrot, tomato, onion and lettuce)
Pasta - using an onion, pepper, mushrooms with a jar of the tomato sauce and add hotdogs if feeling fancy!
Spaghetti hoops on toasted brioche buns with melted cheese triangles.

Spiced tomato curry with odds and ends of veg tossed in.
If you have eggs and cinnamon - make a bread and butter pudding using brioche and tinned milk (add currants or sultanas if you have them but they're not necessary)
Tomato and BBQ Seasoning with onions and bell peppers. Toss in sliced hotdogs and serve with pasta.
If you have leftover bread to make into breadcrumbs, add tuna, finely diced onions and a bit of mayonnaise (which isn't on your list) make into Tuna burgers to have in your brioche rolls with homemade chips.
Stir fry or coleslaw with the cabbages, onions, carrots etc
Cheese triangles can be used in a sauce add Garlic or onion powder (also not on your list) to onions and any odd veg plus your peas and mix with cooked pasta.
Brioche rolls split and spread with passata, sliced hotdogs, onions and sliced peppers. Sprinkle broken up dairylea on top and grill for 'pizza'
Roast any mix of veg in the oven then blitz in blender to form the base of soup. Stock can be made from boiling up some veg in water and adding gravy granuals to thicken.
Cheerios can be munched on as a snack or mix with chocolate and marshmallows to make crispy cakes instead of using cornflakes.
Don't afraid to use the pasta sauce for meatballs as a base for tomato pasta.

Jacket potatoes with cheese and coleslaw or tuna and sweetcorn

Pasta bakes with the two jars of pasta bake sauce, you could add the tin of tuna to the tomato sauce one.
Chop up the hotdogs and stir into the jar of sauce for meatballs then serve with spaghetti.
Use the curry sauce with diced potatoes, chopped onions, grated carrot, to make a vegetable curry, some cabbage and tinned peas could go in also
Use some of the passatta, some tomatoes, onion and grated carrot to make tomato soup, add a little gravy granules to thicken.
Make a mixed vegetable soup with potatoes, onions, grated carrot, sweetcorn, peas, cabbage, some passatta and some pasta. Or use these ingredients to make a vegetable stew. Add gravy granules to thicken.
Make a stir fry with mushrooms, peppers, onions, grated carrots
Make baked potatoes, serve with the tinned spaghetti and cheese triangles
Make a layered bake (like dauphinois) with thinly sliced potatoes, shredded cabbage, chopped onion, some milk.

You've got enough items there for quite a few meals, if you plan it out.
