Cancel tax free childcare to claim Universal credit

My circumstances have recently changed and I have put in a claim for universal credit. I've seen you can't claim salary sacrifice child care vouchers if you claim universal credit. I've been in the scheme since 2016 abs used it when DD was in nursery but haven't used it in a year. Can I keep the £60 vouchers I have accumulated? Do I need to close the account- it seems you ca. only go this once a year? I only claim £5 a month and happy to lose it - but I don't want this to be a reason to refuse my UC claim. I'm completely new to claiming benefits - I've only ever been entitled to child benefit before

I suspect you'll be better of claiming the costs from UC but you'll need to check what you'd actually get.

As ever with new claims Help to Claim is a good start point.
