Anyone know what could be going on here!

I had quite a bit of credit and have just been waiting until I had a spare few hours to try calling them up.

Now it seems they have rejigged everything to bloody absorb it! 😭

Is this correct!

Devastated 😢

How often did you give readings?
So the statement covers from 2022 to April 2024?
I can't read all the small print so can't see what's going on.

Yes they seem to have adjusted 2 years ago.

Actuals:
13th July 22
29th Nov 22
15th July 23
25th Jan 24

You've only lost about £100 in credit and seems to be due to the difference between what they estimated and the actual meter readings. TBF your gas usage seems pretty high either way!

Mouthouch · 05/06/2024 10:28

Ok thanks. A lost £100 isn’t as bad as I thought!

Thought I had much more in credit!

Yes it’s incredibly high! Quite a large house and that’s the best we can get the usage.

Have you checked against your last statement that the credit balance is the same. How much credit did you think you had?
