Hello me and my partner have a history of breaking up. I have recently been on maternity leave and my maternity is due to run out next month I will need to sign on until I get a job. I recently went for a appointment they asked me a few questions about where I was living and I told them with my partner which was the truth at the time they told me to declare these changes when I got home.
Over the time since then I have moved back in at home due to circumstances and arguments. My claim has been stopped today as its showing I need to declare I am living with my partner and to input these details. I phoned uc today and told them, I was no longer living with him and at home with my parent, she told she couldn't do anything about it on the phone and to write in a journal entry. I am very worried as I have a 6 month old and if I don't get any payment I won't be able to afford food. Can any one tell me if they have any experience in this matter, thankyou.

Write in your journal you aren't living with your partner anymore but have moved into your parent's home

Have you changed it to a single claim?
