Hello!
I've recently applied for help with my energy costs with Paylink (who are working with E On) as E On has massively increased my bill. I've been told I've got to ring Paylink this week so that we can discuss the next steps . I really struggle with phone calls (due to anxiety/autism) so was wondering if anyone else had, had to call Paylink for the same reason and what I should expect from the phone call.
