Universal credit

Am I able to use my baby bands and red book to verify my baby onto my universal credit?
I'm having to send the birth certificate away and pay because there's an error the registrar made while correcting another error!

I think the red book is OK for this.

Ask on your journal but I'm pretty sure your supposed to be getting cb for them before they pay a child element. They are very quick to answer on journals

I don't think that's right. It usually follows CB but there are cases where one separated parent gets CB and the other the child element in UC.

CB are, or have been in the past, badly behind. It would be totally iniquitous to deprive victims of that delay of money to feed their child.
