Pre payment meter adding top up onto emergency??

Sorry if I’ve posted in the wrong place.

My electric went off so I put the emergency on. I used around £1.80 emergency credit and then topped up £30. Instead of me having around £26 on the meter as I would expect after emergency credit taken off it went up to £48??

So it hasn’t taken the emergency I didn’t use away?

it’s never done this before has anyone else had this? Google doesn’t seem to know what I’m on about ha ha

Yeah, contact your supplier it looks like it's gone wrong somewhere.

If you have both services on prepay, have you topped up the correct service? I'm just speculating
