Will they accept an online document? We have no printer and I don’t see why they would need them printed but does anyone know for sure?

Screenshot should be sufficient.

You should be able to download a bank statement or similar as a pdf then either print it or attach the document. Paperless isn't unusual now.

Thanks yeah that’s what I’m thinking, everything is paperless these days 🤨

we have an interview tomorrow to prove identity and it says we need to prove bank details so hoping I can either print there or just email something over. Imagining their system is all electronic anyway?

You can download them and then upload them to the UC portal

Screenshots are usually fine or just take your bank card for them to photocopy

Hopefully the above answers will sort your problem but the bank or B Sc will print off statements if you ask them. I had to produce bank statements for my mum for a care fees application and the building society produced them with no problem.

I didn’t know this was a thing! Does it have to have acc number and sort code on it?

Yes I think so, though I'd imagine it's your name that's most important, although they might want to check the account matches details given.

It is all electronic. All documents are acceptable online.

Usually the card will suffice. Nearly all have the account number on the debit card but one (Nat West?) does not.

I had to do this last week and they just looked at my account number/sort code on my online banking account to verify it is my account and that was it.
