PIP REVIEW TEXT

Hi, I sent off my review forms and I got a text on the 21st of February 2024 saying they had received the forms:
We have received your PIP review form. We may contact you for more information or you may need an assessment with a health professional before we make our decision. We will contact you again if you do. You will continue to get PIP while your award is being reviewed. You only need to contact us if your circumstances change.

and then yesterday (8th of March) I received this text:
Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change.

Has anybody had any experience with this please and what was the outcome please?
im worried because it’s literally only took 2 weeks… is this normal? My conditions have worsened since around September last year.

Dc recieved that text a week ago. Had sent forms off nearly 12 months ago, so in a panic rang up. They hadn't a clue what was going on so got passed through to a manager who was very helpful basically said lots of cases had been taken to a special panel to reduce backlog and as dc has a chronic condition that is not likely to change they had signed it off for 3 years. Hasn't had letter yet but manager said money won't change, not sure how or if they've awarded points as there is no report (asked for a copy). So it might be the same for you.

I had thsi…..it’s a paper based review…my award stayed the same ….and was awarded for a further 4 years…..same as the last award

UPDATE:
i rang up and was put through to a case manager. My award is staying the same but I’ve been awarded until March 2027. Phew! I can stop worrying now xx

Hi guys, I got the same text today. But they also stopped my payment, however I don't think they should stop payment until you actually receive the letter.
Did any one had this please? Can you still get a reward with a recalculated payment, or this means I was ditched again and have to go to court? thanks
