Hi does anyone know if I will get it as its a tad confusing. I am not that bright lol. My December award was nil so confused.

If you were eligible for a Uc payment between 13/11 to 12/12 then you will get the cost of living payment so yes it looks like you will get it as your assessment period would have ended on Nov 15th.( the statement you've posted above ).
